We try our best to ship all in-stock products same or next day, if you need something urgently or if you have any questions, please contact us.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation and a delivery notification once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Times and Fees

We want our valued customers to understand that in order to offer the best and most transparent product pricing that we can, we don't price in the cost of shipping and instead charge a fair price for shipping separately.

  Standard 3-7 days - $8 USD on Underwear purchases below $150 USD.
  For any other purchases except Underwear below $150 USD: Standard 7-14 days - $25 USD
  Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD
  
• UAE
  Standard 3-7 days - $50 USD on all orders.
• International including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UK. (We apologise we do not ship to Europe.)
  Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 USD
  Standard 7-14 days - $25 USD.
  Please note: You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
• Hong Kong Island and Kowloon
  Standard 2-4 days - $5 USD
• Hong Kong outlying islands
  Standard 2-4 days - $10 USD
