"My son loves these so much. All his rashes and eczema from around his underwear area have gone away. I would say they fit slightly big, so don't move up sizes too quickly. If the underwear is too loose, it seems to scrunch up underneath the pants -- I notice my son tugging on them a lot when I go to the larger size. He's a tall, skinny 5 1/2 year old, and I should've stayed with the 4-5Y / 110 size for several more months."
